Damn, that's fine!  I want one.  The lanyard ring is a nice touch.

It's even got the side screw for mounting a shoulder stock.

And y'all wonder why we like Colts.  I expect to see this in the next John Carter of Mars movie productions.

Its a mock up. The rebate is way too deep and it it has too many cylinder notches. Most of them in the wrong place and the ones that are in the right place would require an incredibly long bolt.

"Click" on the photo and it will enlarge; see how the rebated section does not rotate up? And the "gun" is a cartridge shootin' revolver! Lots of imagination in this one. I've been thinking about making a fantasy gun for a while; will file this away for reference.

What I don't get, it's a tip-up, but I don't see any mechanism that locks that barrel down.

I have spent many an idle moment trying to figure out how to convert an 1860 into a break barrel. I even spent a good 30 minutes talking it out with a gunsmith friend of mine. Now he obsesses over the idea too.

I've had a fascination with break-barrels since I first laid eyes on a Webley.

Steampunk.  I'll pass, thanks.  Too bad to see an Army morphed into something so gay, or maybe  tranz is the more fitting  term.

Nope.
