If I had a bunch of those bullets I'd melt them down and make good bullets out of the lead.  If I had just a few of them, a couple dozen or so, I'd go ahead and use them for plinking.  That is, if they load easy enough.  If I had to wrestle or fumble them into the chambers then I'd melt them all down, regardless.
