There are a few of them out there, in different configurations.  I have an in-line for use with musket caps that's all plastic.  It's not very useful as a tool, but is a handy way to carry a small number of caps.

I have one, perhaps it's made by T/C that looks like a plastic copy of a Cash Capper.  GF

Never ran across a plastic capper.   I have an aversion to plastic unless there is no alternative.

Doesn't look like it would work on any of our revolvers. More of a rifle capper.

Never seen the capper, but I remember those CVA caps.
They were the dirtiest things I ever tried, only once.

I think I picked that capper up in a box of junk I bought at a yard sale and it has hung around for over 30 years anyway, never used by me. The caps in it are silver with a goldish color inside, unmarked. That was the caps in there when it was dragged home. The CVA cap container has caps with the big "U" on them and some unmarked, same as vintage Remington .22 shells. From what I recall years ago, the only decent cap back then was CCI, the other stuff was hit and miss or dirty as it gets. I like the Remington caps, they fit and work well. That plastic capper was probably part of a CVA bubblepack, where you get the complete starter kit included. Junk tools that add "bling" to the package.

It would be relatively simple to CAD up your own capper design, and it has occured to me to do so as I have easy access to a 3D printer.  However, that Polish capper in brass looks so much better than anything made out of plastic (and 3D printers are now doing polycarbonate, i.e. Lexan, i.e. "safety glass") that getting a Polish capper would make more sense, and the reviews indicate that it works even better than it looks.
