The easy method:
go to:
 https://archive.org/details/mad_monk_bp_files/page/n3/mode/2up

Click on PDF (under Download Options).

Click the "Down Arrow 23 Files" icon

A file called mad_monk_bp_files.zip will now download to where your browser is set to store downloads.

That zip file has all 23 PDF files inside it, so just unzip it.
