Just got this beauty this week, yesterday was the first chance I had to get it to the range. I love these single shot rifles especially in 45-70.

Nothing like a High Wall, Retreever. Especially in .45/70.
Alas, mine is one of the Browning reissues with some of the most beautiful glossy wood you've ever seen! Browning did not use an external tang on the stock joint, so adding a tang sight would mean drilling and inletting on that gorgeous wood. Not gonna do it. Not that it's really necessary; it will print a 3 shot group at 100 yards you can cover with a quarter.

Those Uberti's are a fine rifle.
I shot a 2-1/2 year old Bull Buffalo with mine.
