Yep, it's a plain cylinder. I like it that way.

hey since my amigo geraldo was asking fer brasser pics, even though i wasnt quite ready ill post em any way!  did anyone besides me notice this thread is in the long rifles section? hm   youd think with all these mods we got someone would wake up and fix that!   anyhoo, itore down the 44 and stripped the hammer down since it was the only piece that wasnt blue or brass and blued it, while i had it apart i decided to try my haqnd at polishing up the internals  when it went back together it was the slickest cocking and firing one i got ! the others are now going to get the same treatment! i was well pleased!

My table always has gun parts on it, or guns, or bacon :)

Sign up for a free photobucket.com account and upload your pics to photobucket, then cut/copy/past the link code they will give you for forums into your reply box and the pic will appear in the post ( or should if all was done right :)  )

Hello...anybody out there hear me?  I'm getting awful lonely moderating this part of the forum.  I know you guys own brass framed guns, but there's one thread with two pics here.  Let's see all those Reb .44s and whatever else you're holding out.

So WAKE UP and get to posting!   {'O

Dang, ya scared me when ya hollered! :-[

The very first replica I owned was a brass-framed .36 Italian Colt clone I paid fifty bucks for back in the late '60s. Don't rightly know what ever became of that pistola.
This is my only brasser now.

alright, i hope this works! if a picture appears this is my 1858 Remington, got it from Cabelas when they were having their revolver sale! make my own balls and bullets, i have made caps, i have made powder and lube! i could load and fire this gun even if it didn't have access to gun supplies, I'm good at making stuff!
