Hi Phil, I suppose/hope you had that door locked. Isn't there a pling-sound in the video (from the penetrating ball hitting the lower part of the (metal) door?

Hi, Len. Yes, the door was locked. The pling sound was the shockwave making my gym equipment vibrate. The barbell and power rack vibrate a lot with loud sounds. My gym was just behind me. The ball did exit the charcoal bag and hit the door, but most of its energy had already been dumped and it didn't even scratch it.
