Am I really that bad? I know I speak my mind but dayuum.
You're not! You're Hawg, and that is fine with me.
By the way, what does "dayuum" mean (can't find it in any dictionaries, and being a bloody foreigner and all, I am all at a loss).
Dayum=Damn (^h
I think the OP took offense where none was intended. No reason for him to get uptight over it.

I guess you never heard a southern baptist preacher say damn before.  )L$

You are damn right! I never heard a southern baptist preacher, or any damn preacher, cursing. Then again I never went south of Missouri or Kansas, so I cannot tell you or anyone else about the southern ways of misusing the language.
Anyhow, thanks for the edu

Quoting Burt Reynolds in Deliverance, "BECAUSE IT'S THERE!"

I didn't say I wasn't going to shoot them.... Did I?

I always seem to find a way to piss SOMEBODY off.

Then there was a reply to Gunslinger's post saying these gunz were a waste of money, etc...The reply was "Do you ever do anything just for FUN?"

ok I'm done... }),

Actually, if you read between the lines there is some pent-up hostility in the above reply. Undeserved, if you ask me.

Hawg getting jammed by a newbie over one obvious question is genuinely humorous, can’t help that, it just is.

You guys are the most polite and patient bunch of gunmen in the wide world, hell-far and dayuum-nation if yer not.

I note also that friend db got his question answered, too.

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places".

Actually, it shows Hawg is pretty patient and far from the curmudgeon he has been painted as... ;)

Hawg is a valued, knowledgeable  member here. I have always found him to maybe speak his mind, but never in a derogatory manner. Some folks have a thinner skin than others, so may mistake his mannerism.

Jeez you guyz... I don't bail out that easy... But in my day or so "off" I decided to start working on a venture I've been considering - I DO shoot, btw.... I've got a half dozen .44's, a couple .36's and asst'd rifles... as well as a swelling derringer collection.... They all get shot. Mebbie it's just the pristine condition of these two mice that keeps them gathering dust... Anyway, I decided on a possible hobby/biz called Crusty Nipples Muzzleloaders. Designed my cards and got a domain name (CrustyNipples.com) in my time away... Attached is the proof of the front of the card... (hope it's not called "advertising" thought you'd appreciate the name)

Glad to see you guyz all watch each others' backs... Feels like home to me... right now I gotta get back to my 20-something watching of Jeremiah Johnson....

And Hawg- no problem... My favorite saying comes from 'Boom Boom' Mancini... "Some have the speed and the right combinations, but If you can't take the punches it don't mean a thing!"
